BIRTH CARD — ELMO

I created this birth card for my best friend, for their little one named Elmo. They asked me to make an illustration that would bring a smile to your face, with a playful and hand-painted feel. This was the result, with a few cheeky details, like the framed photo on the wall, which was their pregnancy announcement photo, or the dog who has a habit of nipping at visitors’ ankles. Elmo also adds a little joke on the back.
It was a very personal project that I drew with a lot of love.
